PERSONAL TRAINING
Individuals interested in personal training will be advised on:
- general strength and stretch programs related to the age groups and physical condition
- general fitness programs, aerobics and endurance
- postural assessment and corrective exercise programs
- exercise programs to improve your recreational sports and activities
- education to understand basic fitness principles
- education about injuries prevention in your daily chores
- education about injuries prevention in work related injuries
Prior to any physical activities, clients will be asked to fill out general health history questions and may be assessed objectively for activities contraindications.
